Covid 19 Update – 20.3.20
in Mill Meadow Updates
From the number of emails I received yesterday it is apparent and reassuring to see the extent of the steps being taken by HM Government it what is a very fluid situation.
Customer and staff safety remains our absolute number one priority
We are strictly adhering to and monitoring government operational guidelines to maintain everyone’s safety and health. I would ask however that if you or any family member is experiencing signs of COVID-19 please follow Government advice and do not come to Mill Meadow. Instead please take up our offer under our Temporary Amendments to Terms and Conditions and postpone your stay util you are all well enough to travel.
All our staff have also been briefed in this respect and we are doing everything we can to ensure we operate safely.
If the 12 week until the peak prediction announced yesterday by the Prime Minister is achievable then we could all start to see some normality return from early June.
In the meantime please do your very best to follow the PHE guidance its there for the benefit of all of us.
I will continue to update daily iso that our guests can be as informed as possible.
I want to thank you all for the many messages of support from our guests and the positive feedback so I am going to share another example received just this week.
Best wishes and stay safe and well.
